All pedestrians crossing FM 78 or FM 1516 shall be required to strictly comply with the direction of the official traffic signal at the intersection of FM 78 and FM 1516. Pedestrians shall be prohibited from crossing FM 78 and FM 1516 within 1000 feet of the official traffic signal at the intersection of FM 78 and FM 1516, except in a crosswalk.
