City parks, golf courses and designated trails in Fort Collins close to the public between 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. under Sec. 23-203(d)(1) of the Municipal Code. Entering or staying past curfew without a Parks Department permit is unlawful, and because it isn't on the article's petty-offense list, it defaults to a misdemeanor.
