Fresno homeowners can hold up to four garage sales a year at one address under Fresno Municipal Code Section 15-2760(A)(1). Each sale event runs no more than two consecutive days, spans at most two consecutive weekends, and stays within 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. hours. A nonprofit gets one extra sale a year that doesn't count against that cap.
