Howell Township has opted out of the legal cannabis market. Section 19-2 prohibits all six marketplace classes (cultivator, manufacturer, wholesaler, retailer, distributor and delivery service) as uses or activities in the Township, and § 188-67(G) repeats the ban as a use prohibited throughout the Township.
