Town of Islip parks are open to the public from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. between Memorial Day and Labor Day, and from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. the rest of the year, under § 37-5(A). No one may enter or remain in a park once it's closed, outside a Commissioner-approved activity.
