Jupiter bans drones from taking off or landing anywhere on town park property. Sec. 14-84 groups drones with aircraft, helicopters, gliders, balloons, and parachutes under one rule: none of them may launch or land within a park, with the sole exception of emergency law enforcement or life-safety operations.
