Park Curfew
Kirkland closes every city park, including parking areas inside them, to the general public between ten p.m. and five a.m. the following day. KMC 11.80.226 exempts permitted overnight moorage holders and permitted rentals or events. Anyone else caught inside a park during those hours, other than police, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
