Each person engaged in a single business, which business might fall under two (2) or more sections of this chapter, shall pay the highest tax imposed by such sections, but only one (1) tax. This provision shall not be construed to permit any person to exercise two (2) or more taxable privileges by the payment of only one (1) tax.
