Solicitor Permits
Anyone who peddles or solicits door-to-door or on Las Vegas streets needs both a peddler/solicitor permit and a work card under LVMC 6.62.020, plus a $5,000 surety bond and a $50 nonrefundable application fee. Licensed City businesses and their own agents are exempt, but an agent working for someone else's business still needs an agent solicitation permit.
