Monroe Township's density bonus runs through Pinelands development credits under § 175-157F of its Code. Each credit used on a parcel in a regional growth district yields a bonus of four dwelling units, credits from different parcels can be aggregated, and the bonus cannot exceed the upper limit of that district's density range.
