Noblesville Code Chapter 74 defines e-bikes by three classes and folds them into the city's micromobility rules. Class 1 and Class 2 e-bikes cap out at 20 mph, Class 3 at 28 mph, and only Class 3 riders face an age floor: nobody under 15 may operate one. Riders under 18 on any micromobility device, e-bike included, must wear a helmet under § 74.07.
