Public Urination
Ontario Municipal Code Sec. 5-23.06 bans urinating, defecating, or dumping fecal matter on public or private property in view of the public, on any street, sidewalk, alley, or park, unless done in a restroom or facility built for that purpose. The rule was added by Ord. 3311, effective September 18, 2025.
