In the City of Pocatello, anyone under 18 must be off public streets, parks, playgrounds and commercial establishments between midnight and 5:00 A.M. unless a parent-approved exception applies. Pocatello Police can stop and detain a suspected minor to confirm age and identity, then deliver the child home.
