Bannock County's recreation and events services areas, the Downey Fairgrounds, the Events Center and the Portneuf Wellness Complex, are open to the public only from 5:00 a.m. until one hour after sunset under Code § 12.20.040, unless the county posts special hours for an event, and being there outside those hours is an infraction.
