Park Event Permits
Reserving a facility at Bannock County's Downey Fairgrounds, Events Center or Portneuf Wellness Complex runs through the events center staff, with use fees set by resolution of the board of county commissioners under Code § 12.20.040(C); nonprofits can ask the board to waive fees except at the Wellness Complex.
