Park Curfew
Smithtown Code Section 101-19 lets the Town Parks Maintenance Director close any park or beach, in whole or in part, at any time, and separately bars anyone from entering or remaining, or parking a vehicle, in a Town park or beach more than half an hour after sunset. Overnight camper, boater and fishing permits under Section 101-6F are the only exception.
