South Fulton requires every solid waste container to stay sanitary enough that it cannot become a rodent or insect feeding ground, under Sec. 6-2004.3(a). Owners cannot alter, paint or drill holes in containers, and the city or its service provider can inspect and remove any container that violates the rule.
