Charitable Bingo and Raffles
In the Town of Southampton outside the villages, bingo games are lawful only because the Town Board affirmatively authorized them under General Municipal Law Article 14-H through Town Code Chapter 117. Games may run any day, including Sunday, and a licensee who violates the chapter or license terms is guilty of a misdemeanor.
