Solicitor Permits
In the City of Tustin, no person may solicit donations for charitable purposes without first obtaining a permit from the Community Development Director under Tustin City Code Section 2513(f). The application must name the organization, the individual in charge, and the solicitation method and dates, and be filed before soliciting begins; the Director confirms completeness within five working days and issues the permit within five more, or the City seeks a court order enjoining the solicitation.
