In the Town of Union outside the Villages of Endicott and Johnson City, accessory buildings such as sheds go to the side or rear of the principal building and must meet the side yard, rear yard and street setbacks of their zoning district. No accessory building can sit closer than eight feet to a principal building or another accessory building on the lot.
