Density Bonus Law
In unincorporated Bartow County's RE-1 and RE-2 rural estate districts, a conservation subdivision developer earns a 20 percent density bonus under Zoning Ordinance Sec. 7.16.4(C) by voluntarily installing curb and gutter, which are otherwise not required. The bonus reduces minimum lot sizes accordingly, though County Health Department septic standards still control.
