Anyone who peddles door to door in unincorporated Bartow County, from selling goods to taking service orders, must first get a license from the county sheriff. Bartow County Code § 44-353 makes unlicensed peddling unlawful, and § 44-354 requires fingerprints, a background check, and a $100 total fee before the six-month license is issued.
