Commercial conveyor car washes built or permitted in unincorporated Bartow County after January 1, 2011 must install a recycled water system that captures and reuses wash and rinse water, recycling at least 50 percent of the water used. Bartow County Code § 18-130 sets the mandate; self-service and in-bay automatic washes are exempt.
