Juvenile Curfew

Bernalillo County Code Section 54-56 bars anyone under 17 from a public place or business establishment from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. on Sunday through Thursday nights, and from 12:01 a.m. to 6 a.m. following Friday and Saturday nights, with parents, guardians and business operators separately liable if they knowingly allow it.
