Encampment Sanitation

In unincorporated Bonner County, Idaho, Bonner Park West bans overnight camping in any form, from tents to RVs and boats. A violation is a misdemeanor with a fine up to $300, up to six months in county jail, or both. The Board of County Commissioners adopted the rule in Ordinance 414.
