Pool Permits
Bonner County counts a pool as a structure, but swimming pools not exceeding 4,000 square feet of area (15-20,000 gallons) are listed as exceptions to the structure definition in section 11-219. In unincorporated Bonner County, Idaho, an excepted pool still has to meet the Title 12 land use standards that the Planning Department administers.
