In unincorporated Calvert County, new subdivisions must plant street trees outside the road right-of-way under § 104-27M, spaced by Table 3-1: 30 feet from intersections, 25 feet from signs and utility poles, 15 feet from drains and underground utilities, and 10 feet from driveways.
