Rodent Control

Calvert County's Minimum Livability Code requires every rental premises to stay 'free from infestation of insects, rodents, vermin or other pests,' and exterior walls, foundations and roofs must be kept in condition to exclude rodents. When rodents are found inside a housing unit, the code requires prompt, safe extermination and follow-up steps to stop reinfestation.
