Cass County Code § 400.261 controls where marijuana businesses, including dispensaries, cultivation and processing facilities, may operate in the unincorporated area. Facilities cannot occupy a building that also contains a residence, must keep all operations and storage fully enclosed indoors, and must close to the public overnight.
