Juvenile Curfew

Cass County Code § 205.1980 bars anyone under seventeen from being in a public place or way in the county between 12:01 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., with exceptions for those accompanied by a parent, on a parent-directed errand, working, or traveling to or from a religious or school activity. A parent who knowingly lets a minor violate it faces a separate offense after notice.
