Chatham County's curfew ordinance (Sec. 11-122) makes it unlawful for minors 16 or younger to be unsupervised in parks, playgrounds, and other public places in the unincorporated county between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. (midnight to 6:00 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays). County parks are open daylight hours only.
