Skateboarding Rules

Skateboards may only be ridden in designated areas at Coweta County parks and recreation facilities. Section 46-32(9) groups skateboards with bicycles, scooters and other non-motorized recreational vehicles, and using one outside a marked area is a prohibited activity that can trigger a citation, a facility ban, or both.

Loitering Rules

Coweta County makes it unlawful to idle, loiter or loaf in bars, hotels, billiard rooms, streets, sidewalks or any other public place to the encouragement of loafing and idleness, or to act suspiciously without a satisfactory explanation.
