Parkway Planting
New subdivisions in unincorporated Florence County must plant a street tree in the public right-of-way for every lot, spaced no more than 60 feet apart, under Sec. 28.6-70 of the Land Development and Subdivision Ordinance. Developers choose approved large-canopy species, preserve existing trees, or landscape lots instead, and must guarantee replanting through the first growing season.
