Height Limits

Fences and walls over eight feet require a Board of Zoning Appeals variance under Florence County Code § 30-246(2)(g). On corner lots, Section 30-245 additionally bans any fence, wall or structure between two and a half and ten feet tall inside the sight triangle formed by the intersecting street rights-of-way, except in the B-4 district.
