Park Curfew

Fresno County's Courthouse Park closes to loitering between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. under Code Section 13.20.060(C). Anyone in the park during those hours may only pass through on the walkways; lingering for any other purpose is a chargeable offense under Chapter 13.20's misdemeanor-or-infraction penalty structure.
