Juvenile Curfew
In unincorporated Grant County it is unlawful for anyone under eighteen to remain in a public place or business establishment during curfew hours: 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. on school nights and 12:01 a.m. to 6 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, under Grant County Code Chapter 6.28. Numerous exceptions apply, and violations are civil infractions carrying escalating fines under GCC 6.28.080.
