Data Center Zoning & Siting

In unincorporated Grays Harbor County, a data center is an outright permitted use only in the Satsop Development (SD) zoning district, the business park on the former nuclear-plant site along Olympic View Drive and Tower Boulevard. County Code § 17.57.020(I)(1) lists data centers among the SD's permitted communication facilities, so no conditional-use hearing before the board of adjustment is required there.
