Park Curfew

Gwinnett County parks close to the public outside posted hours: from sunrise to 11:00 p.m. at most parks, or sunrise to sunset at others, depending on the park's designation under § 70-39. Being in a park or vehicle inside one after hours without a permit or an authorized program invites a citation, and a conviction can cost the visitor park access for 60 days.
