Restaurants in unincorporated Gwinnett County may add sidewalk seating under UDO Section 230-30.17, but a sidewalk cafe must leave two separate six-foot-wide clear paths: one running parallel to the sidewalk for passing pedestrians and one connecting the building entrance to the curb. The extra seats never count toward a liquor license's minimum seating.
