Parade Permits
Hamilton County has no separate parade ordinance, but any gathering of 500 or more people at a venue not built for regular assembly, or 2,500 or more anywhere else, needs a mass assembly license under County Code Section 16-20-2-7. Operators must file 30 days ahead with the Board of Commissioners, include a traffic plan, and prove adequate sanitation.
