Selling produce, meat, eggs or poultry from a cart, wagon, truck or other vehicle anywhere in unincorporated Harford County requires an itinerant retail produce dealer license under § 197-8 of the county code. The license costs $25 per vehicle per year, expires every January 1, and is not tied to any particular street or zoning district.
