Harford County bans operating a motorized scooter, stand-up platform scooters and go-peds included, on any county road or county sidewalk. Section 244-27 makes each ride a separate civil offense punishable by up to $500, leaving no path for a shared e-scooter program to legally operate in the unincorporated county.
