Solicitor Permits

Henrico has no separate "solicitor permit"; anyone who peddles goods door to door or from a vehicle falls under the county's peddler license tax. The fee runs from $15 to $200 depending on what's sold and how it's sold, under Sec. 20-759 through 20-762.
