Solicitor Permits

Anyone who wants to panhandle or solicit in unincorporated Iredell County must first get a permit from the sheriff's office under Section 7.5-56. The permit costs a board-set fee, requires a notarized application with identification and a criminal history disclosure, and is valid for six months before it must be renewed.
