In rural Josephine County, outside the Grants Pass and Cave Junction urban growth boundaries, the Rural Land Development Code sets minimum yard setbacks by zone. In the Rural Residential (RR) zone a structure must sit back 30 feet from the front line, 10 feet from the side line and 25 feet from the rear line, with 30-foot setbacks all around in farm, forest and other resource zones.
