Kane County's zoning ordinance allows a single adult-use cannabis dispensary in the unincorporated county, licensed by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Dispensers may sell only between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., and every adult-use cannabis business establishment, from cultivation centers to transporters, must hold the required state license and meet the county's setback table before opening.
