Agricultural Zoning Protection
Unincorporated Kane County zones farmland under the F Farming District (Zoning Ordinance Article VIII), and Section 25-5-4-4 exempts buildings and land used principally for agriculture from the zoning ordinance's requirements, except that they must still meet applicable setback rules.
