Leon County requires anyone irrigating turf with reclaimed wastewater to follow an approved nutrient management plan under Sec. 10-14.105(f). The plan must document application frequency, volume, timing restrictions and best management practices, and folds any reclaimed water nutrients into the county's overall fertilizer application limits.
