Security Camera Rules
In Lewis County's Major Industrial Development (MID) zone, which covers reclaimed surface coal mine sites approved for industrial reuse, security cameras installed on a project site must be aimed to protect the privacy of neighboring parcels and uses, a standard reviewed alongside the zone's lighting, parking and landscaping requirements at binding site plan approval.
