Digital Billboards

Unincorporated Lewis County bans digital billboards outright, regardless of size, under Lewis County Code § 17.142.207(3)(d). The same subsection caps any nondigital billboard at 10 feet high and 22 feet wide, so an oversized static billboard is just as unlawful as an electronic one.
